This license agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal contract between you (the "User" or "You") and Imaginova Inc. ("Imaginova") governing your use of the "iinvosense" mobile application (the "App"), which is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.
2.1. Limited License: Imaginova grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on a device that you own or control.

Imaginova Inc. may collect, use, and share data with third parties as described in our Privacy Policy, which can be found within the App or on our website. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as-is" without any warranties, whether expressed or implied. Imaginova Inc. disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Imaginova Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the App.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of [Province Name] and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
The App is intended for use in Canada only. Imaginova Inc. makes no representation that the App is appropriate or available for use in other locations.
Imaginova Inc. may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you breach any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using the App and delete it from your device.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Imaginova Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you expressly waive any right to file, participate in, or otherwise pursue any legal lawsuit or claim against Imaginova Inc. relating to your use of the App or arising out of this Agreement.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
